ADL Home Care, a private-duty home-care provider serving Southwest Michigan since 1995, was sold by founders Gerry and Marian Quill to Home Sweet Home In-Home Care. Calder Capital served as exclusive M&A advisor on the transaction. The new owner will continue providing local in‑home care services to ADL's clients in the Battle Creek / Kalamazoo area.
