LDC-backed Deltron Group Acquires Five UK Lift Maintenance Businesses

Deltron Group, backed by private equity firm LDC, has acquired Metro Lifts (London), Elevate UK Lifts (Stourport-on-Severn), Elevator Group (London), A1 Lifts (Liverpool) and Lift Control (Livingston) to accelerate its acquisitive growth across the UK. The deals increase Deltron's geographic reach and unit density as the West Midlands-based lift maintenance and repair specialist — which employs c.160 people and maintains around 12,000 units — pursues further consolidation of the market.
