ASSA ABLOY has acquired Capitol Door Service, a pedestrian door distributor and service company serving California, Nevada and Arizona. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Capitol Door Service has about 50 employees and reported roughly $17 million in sales in 2020; ASSA ABLOY said the deal strengthens its geographic coverage in the Western U.S. and is accretive to EPS from the start.
