ASSA ABLOY has acquired Kingspan Door Components, a Belgian manufacturer of sectional door panels based in Leuze-En-Hainaut. The business, founded in 1983 with about 70 employees and 2024 sales of approximately EUR 25 million, will be integrated into ASSA ABLOY's Entrance Systems Division to expand its sectional doors and components portfolio.
