Pultrall Inc, a Canadian manufacturer of glass-fiber rebar, has acquired U.S.-based Fiberglass Innovations to extend its North American footprint and bolster production capacity. The deal will enable Pultrall to supply an American-made product that meets U.S. trade regulations and facilitate collaboration and resource sharing between the companies.

National Manufacturing Group Acquires Fiber-Tech Inc

Redwood Capital Investments Acquires Grain Craft

Redwood Capital Investments, a Baltimore-based permanent holding company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Grain Craft, the U.S. flour miller headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The transaction, in which Grain Craft is being sold by family owner G&L Holdings, is expected to close in Q3 2022; terms were not disclosed.

Branford Castle Partners Acquires Fibrix Filtration

Tekni-Plex Acquires Assets and Technologies of Fibro Corporation

National Composites Acquires Sunrise Fiberglass

The transaction, National Composites' third acquisition in 2020, expands the company's fiberglass molding and assembly capabilities and broadens its geographic footprint in the upper Midwest; terms were not disclosed.
