The Vasco Group Acquires Schubert Tennis

The Vasco Group, a sports-surfacing platform majority owned by Monogram Capital Partners with support from Halmos Capital Partners, has acquired Schubert Tennis, a Cincinnati-based provider of asphalt and clay tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport court construction, resurfacing, and maintenance. The add-on expands Vasco's clay-court capabilities and Midwest footprint while adding more predictable recurring maintenance revenue and retaining Schubert's owner-operators in place.

Blanchon Group Acquires Dr Schutz

Blanchon Group has acquired Dr Schutz, the German family-owned specialist in floor renovation, protection and maintenance products, in a deal supported by private equity partners IK Partners and Abenex.
