Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners Private Markets Secondaries Team completed a transformational secondary investment alongside RunTide Capital in Axispoint Technology Solutions Group (ATSG). The growth capital will support ATSG — a Manhattan-based IT solutions and managed services provider led by founder Frank Scanga and CEO Anthony D'Ambrosi — as it continues to scale and pursue a consolidator strategy in the fragmented IT services market.
