Vista Global Holding Acquires Jet Edge

Vista Global Holding has acquired Jet Edge, a leading U.S. large-cabin and super-midsize private jet charter, management and maintenance platform, expanding Vista's North American footprint and growing its fleet by roughly 100 aircraft. As part of the transaction, XOJET Aviation will acquire a majority stake in certain Part 135 certificates (Jet Select and Western Air Charter), and more than 800 Jet Edge employees and maintenance infrastructure (including a Part 145 facility) will join the Vista group.

Stratford-Cambridge Group Acquires Jet Edge Waterjet Systems from Spell Capital Partners

Stratford-Cambridge Group (SCG) has acquired Jet Edge Waterjet Systems, a portfolio company of Spell Capital Partners. Jet Edge, headquartered in St. Michael, Minnesota, manufactures ultra-high-pressure waterjet cutting systems and related pumps and parts; SCG said it will invest to accelerate growth and innovation in the business.

West Star Aviation Acquires Jet East from Gama Aviation

West Star Aviation, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, has acquired Jet East from Gama Aviation. The deal brings together two business-aviation MRO providers to expand geographic coverage, AOG/mobile capabilities, and heavy- and line-maintenance services (transaction announced in Nov 2023; reported sale price ~US$131 million).

GracoRoberts Acquires Styles Aviation (SkyGeek.com)

The deal, supported by GracoRoberts' private equity sponsor CM Equity Partners, brings SkyGeek's extensive online portfolio and Northeastern U.S. distribution hub into the combined company.

Leading Edge Avionics Acquires Advantage Avionics

Enjet Aero Acquires Enginetics Business from Standex International

Kansas City-based Enjet Aero has acquired Enginetics, a Dayton, Ohio precision components manufacturer, from Standex International Corporation. The acquisition adds Enginetics' metal forming, brazing, heat-treating and laser-drilling capabilities to Enjet's portfolio, expanding its engine-component manufacturing capabilities and customer reach in commercial and military aerospace.
