Zillow Group Acquires Follow Up Boss

Zillow Group has agreed to acquire Follow Up Boss, a real-estate-focused CRM, for $400 million in initial cash plus up to $100 million in potential earnout. Follow Up Boss will remain an independent brand, its ~100 employees (including co-founders Dan Corkill and Tom Markov) will join Zillow, and the product will continue to support third-party integrations.
