Offen Petroleum Acquires Ozark Mountain Energy and Petroleum Express

Offen Petroleum has closed on the acquisition of the business assets of Ozark Mountain Energy and its affiliate trucking company Petroleum Express, both based in Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Offen — a portfolio company of Court Square Capital Partners — will operate the acquired businesses under the Ozark Mountain Energy name in the Mid-continent and Midwestern states, with Brent, Eric and Kyle Wilmoth joining Offen’s leadership; Brent also purchased a significant equity stake in Offen.

Offen Petroleum Acquires Wholesale Division of Gas Depot

Offen Petroleum has acquired the wholesale division of Gas Depot, Inc. and Gas Depot Oil Company, marking Offen's first expansion into the Chicagoland and Great Lakes region. Offen will retain virtually all wholesale employees, operate from Douglass’s Sherman, Texas campus as a regional operations center, and use the acquisition to expand its Texas and surrounding-market distribution footprint.
