The deals expand Offen’s geographic density and product offerings—deepening its Colorado footprint and expanding propane logistics capacity in the Ozark region.

Offen will retain virtually all wholesale employees, operate from Douglass’s Sherman, Texas campus as a regional operations center, and use the acquisition to expand its Texas and surrounding-market distribution footprint.

Offen Petroleum Acquires Wholesale Division of Gas Depot
