Wipro Limited has acquired Convergence Acceleration Solutions, LLC (CAS Group), a U.S.-based consulting and program-management firm that specializes in large-scale transformation for communications service providers. The acquisition adds roughly 138 consultants and deep OSS/BSS, application modernization, and broadband/5G enablement capabilities to Wipro's consulting portfolio to accelerate telco-focused transformation engagements.
