The acquisition will help Wipro launch "Wipro CyberTransform" to expand its strategic cybersecurity consulting capabilities; minority investor Abry Partners will fully exit its investment.

The transaction represents an exit for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (which held a majority stake) and builds Wipro's capabilities in digital consulting and transformation for banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance clients.
