Wipro Limited has signed an agreement to acquire LeanSwift Solutions, a Florida-headquartered Infor systems integrator specializing in ERP, e-commerce and supply chain solutions. The deal strengthens Wipro's Infor cloud practice and expands the capabilities of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services; the transaction was announced December 15, 2021 and was expected to close by March 31, 2022.

The transaction represents an exit for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (which held a majority stake) and builds Wipro's capabilities in digital consulting and transformation for banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance clients.

Wipro Acquires Eximius Design

Wipro Limited has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eximius Design, a San Jose-based engineering services firm specializing in semiconductor (SoC, ASIC, FPGA), systems and embedded software design. The acquisition will fold Eximius into Wipro’s EngineeringNXT framework to strengthen Wipro's capabilities in VLSI and systems design services and is expected to close in the quarter ending December 31, 2020, subject to customary approvals.

LINKBYNET Acquires WISE Partners to Boost Cloud Cybersecurity Capabilities

LINKBYNET has acquired WISE Partners, a French cybersecurity and digital trust consulting firm, in a move to strengthen LINKBYNET's cloud security and managed security services in France and Europe. The deal brings over 60 consultants from WISE Partners into LINKBYNET's cybersecurity cluster and is positioned as an add-on to LINKBYNET's existing capabilities while Keensight Capital (LINKBYNET's investor) commented on the strategic fit.

Zscaler Acquires Edgewise Networks

Zscaler, Inc. acquired Edgewise Networks to extend its zero-trust cloud security platform with Edgewise's application-to-application microsegmentation technology. The acquisition broadens Zscaler's capabilities for securing east-west traffic in public clouds and data centers; terms were not disclosed.
