Xobee Networks Acquires Myers Network Solutions

Fresno-based managed IT provider Xobee Networks has acquired San Jose IT firm Myers Network Solutions in a transaction reported at $1.7 million. Xobee will retain the entire Myers staff and use the acquisition to expand its managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking services into the San Jose market.

unWired Broadband (O2-backed) Invests in Xobee Networks

unWired Broadband Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, has partnered with and invested in Xobee Networks, a managed service provider headquartered in Fresno, California. The deal will combine unWired's fixed wireless connectivity footprint with Xobee's managed IT capabilities to accelerate sales, expand service capacity, and drive regional growth across California and other served markets.

Cogenuity Partners Acquires Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC) from Tide Rock

Cogenuity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, has acquired Interconnect Solutions Company (ISC), a Fountain Valley, California-based designer and manufacturer of custom cable assemblies, harnesses, and overmolded interconnect solutions. ISC was purchased from Tide Rock; financing for the transaction was provided by Apogem Capital and Ally Bank. The deal expands Cogenuity's advanced industrial platform capabilities across aerospace, defense, data center, medical, and industrial end markets.

Integris Acquires Network People

Integris, a PE-backed national managed IT services provider, has acquired Network People, a Tampa, Florida-based MSP with a mature security practice. The add-on expands Integris' footprint into Florida (bringing it to 11 states) and adds talent and security capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Integris is backed by Chicago-based private equity firm Frontenac.
