(NASDAQ: CGNT) has acquired GroupSense, a U.S.-based digital risk protection and cyber threat intelligence services provider, for approximately $4 million plus up to $5 million in earnout. The purchase expands Cognyte's investigative-analytics capabilities and advances its growth strategy and footprint in the United States.
