Ivanti acquired RiskSense to integrate risk-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation into its Ivanti Neurons for Patch Intelligence product, strengthening patch management and ransomware defenses. The acquisition brings RiskSense's vulnerability intelligence and risk scoring into Ivanti's automation platform to help customers prioritize and remediate the most critical, actively exploited vulnerabilities.

CogneSense (L Squared) Acquires Sonitus Systems and Hidden Brain

CogneSense, a platform company backed by L Squared Capital Partners, has acquired Sonitus Systems and Hidden Brain to expand its environmental sensing and IoT capabilities. The transactions add Sonitus's air quality, noise and vibration monitoring hardware and cloud platform and Hidden Brain's open IoT sensor-to-cloud platform, supporting CogneSense's buy-and-build strategy and European expansion.

Accenture Federal Services Acquires Cognosante

Cognosante, which has won more than $300 million in federal prime contracts over the last two years and counts the VA and CMS among its largest customers, will be merged into Accenture Federal Services; terms were not disclosed.

AlphaSense Acquires Tegus
