Accenture has agreed to acquire Work & Co, a global digital product company known for design-led mobile apps, commerce platforms, and generative AI applications. The acquisition will fold Work & Co's nearly 400 employees into Accenture Song to strengthen Accenture's digital products and experience transformation capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture has acquired UK-based cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the United Kingdom. Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
