SOCOTEC (through its U.S. platform) has acquired Ninyo & Moore, a San Diego–based geotechnical and environmental engineering firm reported at $120 million in revenue. The deal adds 16 offices and ~700 employees, doubling the size of SOCOTEC US to more than 1,300 professionals and expanding its capabilities and footprint across key western U.S. states.
