NewSpring Capital provided subordinated debt and equity support and Fifth Third Bank provided senior debt financing; the acquisition expands Beacon's precision molded-products and medical-market platform.

Adams Group Acquires Mill-Rite Woodworking Company

NSI Industries Acquires Cast Products Inc.

Omni-Lite Industries Acquires Designed Precision Castings Inc.

Omni-Lite Industries Canada, Inc. acquired Brampton-based Designed Precision Castings Inc. (DP Cast) in a share-and-cash transaction valued at approximately US$5.7 million. The acquisition (100% of DP Cast) expands Omni-Lite's manufacturing capabilities into investment castings for aerospace, defense and industrial end markets and is accompanied by a sale-leaseback of Omni-Lite's California real estate and a related private placement by an affiliate of DP Cast.

Grede Acquires Neenah Enterprises' Commercial Vehicle Business and Advanced Cast Products (ACP)

Grede has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Neenah Enterprises, Inc.'s commercial vehicle business, select industrial book of business and the Advanced Cast Products (ACP) operations in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The acquisition (expected to close in Q3 2021) adds ~220 ACP employees and expands Grede's casting and machining capabilities to better serve commercial vehicle, automotive and industrial OEM customers; terms were not disclosed.

Gladstone Investment Corporation sold its investment in GAIN ADC Holdings, LLC (parent of Alloy Die Casting Corporation) to PWP Growth Equity on August 23, 2019, resulting in a realized gain for Gladstone. Alloy Die Casting (ADC) is a precision metal components manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, medical, automotive and industrial end markets; PWP Growth Equity acquired the business as a private-equity-backed buyout.
