ADC Aerospace Acquires Cast-Rite Corporation

ADC Aerospace, a GreyLion-backed manufacturer, has acquired Cast-Rite Corporation, a provider of advanced die casting and fabrication solutions. The add-on acquisition will consolidate Cast-Rite operations into ADC's Buena Park facilities to expand product scope, increase market penetration across aerospace, defense, medical and automotive end markets, and leverage existing manufacturing capacity.

Belden Inc. Acquires Precision Optical Technologies, Inc.

Belden Inc. has acquired Precision Optical Technologies, Inc. in a transaction announced at approximately $290 million in cash. The deal adds a portfolio of value‑added optical transceivers and fiber products to Belden's Enterprise Solutions segment to broaden its PON and fiber offerings for telcos, MSOs, data centers and enterprise customers; the acquisition was expected to close by end of Q2 2024 and has been completed.

Signicast Acquires FS Precision to Add Titanium Casting Capabilities

Signicast, a Form Technologies company, has acquired FS Precision, including its intellectual property and specialized equipment, to add titanium and vacuum-alloy casting capabilities to Signicast’s portfolio. Production using the acquired capabilities has begun at Signicast’s Hutchins, Texas facility as the company expands its aerospace and defense offerings and advanced manufacturing services.

(CPP), a Cleveland-based manufacturer of precision castings and sub-assemblies for the commercial aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine markets, announced a recapitalization with Berkshire Partners alongside existing investor Warburg Pincus. The investment will support CPP's long-term growth strategy and capability expansion, including continued M&A activity; terms were not disclosed.
