Ecolab Inc. has completed the acquisition of Ovivo's Electronics ultrapure water business, a transaction that expands Ecolab's capability in ultrapure water technologies for semiconductor manufacturing and data centers. The deal—based on an enterprise valuation reported at approximately C$2.4 billion—transfers Ovivo's high‑tech electronics water business (headquartered near Basel, Switzerland) to Ecolab's Global Water platform.

Evonik Industries Acquires PeroxyChem from One Equity Partners for $640 Million

Evonik Industries AG has completed the acquisition of PeroxyChem, LLC, a global manufacturer of hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid, from One Equity Partners for $640 million. The purchase, representing roughly a 9.9x multiple of EBITDA, expands Evonik's specialty chemicals portfolio and brings PeroxyChem's production footprint and technical capabilities into Evonik's global operations.

Ecolab Acquires Barclay Water Management

Ecolab Acquires CID Lines from IK Investment Partners

Ecolab Inc. has agreed to acquire CID Lines, a Belgium-based provider of livestock biosecurity, disinfectants and veterinary medicinal products, from the IK VII Fund (advised by IK Investment Partners) and other shareholders. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals; IK had partnered with CID Lines since January 2016 and supported the company's international growth.

Vector Laboratories Acquires Quanta BioDesign

Vector Laboratories has acquired Quanta BioDesign, the inventor of discrete polyethylene glycol (dPEG) technology, expanding Vector's bioconjugation linkers, dyes and payload delivery capabilities. The Plain City, Ohio-based company's dPEG reagents will broaden Vector's product portfolio and support life science and biopharma customers in therapeutic, diagnostic and research applications.
