Graco Inc. Acquires Corob S.p.A.

Graco Inc. has completed its acquisition of Italy-headquartered Corob S.p.A. for €230 million plus up to €30 million in contingent consideration. Corob, a global designer and manufacturer of volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, mixing and shaking equipment for paint tinting, reported €110 million of revenue in 2023 and has more than 600 employees worldwide.

Graco Inc. Acquires Color Service S.r.l.

Graco Inc. has completed the acquisition of Color Service S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of automated precision dosing systems for powders and liquids, for €63 million (subject to customary adjustments). Color Service had 2024 revenue of €34 million, approximately 140 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Italy; Graco said the acquisition strengthens its powder handling portfolio and supports its global expansion strategy.

Rodda Paint Company Acquires Valley Paint Manufacturing

National Imaging Solutions Acquires DynaRad

National Imaging Solutions, a Houston-based medical imaging equipment supplier, has acquired DynaRad, a long-standing U.S. manufacturer of portable x‑ray systems. The deal expands National Imaging Solutions’ product portfolio—adding DynaRad’s lightweight, nanotube-based mobile x‑ray devices—and aims to improve service response and product availability for hospitals, long‑term care facilities and field imaging use cases.

Radial Equity Partners Acquires Cortina and Merges It with Portfolio Company Plasticade

The Giannelli family will retain an ownership stake and Matt Soule has been named interim CEO of the combined business to accelerate growth and expand product and manufacturing capabilities.

Rodda Paint and Cloverdale Group Acquire Miller Paint Company
