Graco Inc. Acquires Color Service S.r.l.

Graco Inc. has completed the acquisition of Color Service S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of automated precision dosing systems for powders and liquids, for €63 million (subject to customary adjustments). Color Service had 2024 revenue of €34 million, approximately 140 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Italy; Graco said the acquisition strengthens its powder handling portfolio and supports its global expansion strategy.

Graco Acquires RADIA (Red Devil Equipment Company) for $69M

Graco has acquired RADIA (formerly Red Devil Equipment Company) for $69 million, adding paint-mixing, shaking and automated material-handling technologies to its color solutions portfolio. RADIA, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, generates more than $30 million in annual revenue and employs roughly 30 people; the acquisition is intended to integrate RADIA's mixing and automation capabilities with Graco's existing tinting and dispensing solutions.

GracoRoberts Acquires UK-based Silmid Limited

GracoRoberts, a PE-backed specialty chemicals distributor, has agreed to acquire UK-based Silmid Limited to expand its global aerospace distribution footprint into the UK and Europe. The deal adds Silmid's ecommerce platform, a 24,000 sq. ft. UK warehouse and complementary aerospace specialty chemicals capabilities; CM Equity Partners supported the transaction as GracoRoberts' private equity sponsor.

The undisclosed-term transaction expands Chroma's West Coast manufacturing footprint and broadens its colorant and additive technology capabilities, leveraging Ferco's on-site analytical laboratory and customer base across medical, packaging, aerospace and other end markets.
