Sovereign Capability Group (backed by Whiteoak) Acquires Insitec

Sovereign Capability Group (SCG), backed by Australian private investment firm Whiteoak, has acquired defence systems provider Insitec. The deal brings Insitec’s cyber, cloud, systems engineering and sustainment capabilities into SCG as part of a strategy to build sovereign Australian defence capability and expand service and export offerings.
