WHP Telecoms (Equistone-backed) Acquires Sitec Infrastructure Services

Equistone-backed WHP Telecoms has completed the acquisition of Sitec Infrastructure Services Ltd, bringing together two UK telecoms infrastructure businesses to broaden WHP's service capabilities and provide entry into the fibre market. The combined group will have turnover in excess of £100m and around 500 employees, and the deal is WHP's first acquisition since its 2018 Equistone-backed management buyout.
