Havis, Inc. acquired ENS, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of mobile and point-of-sale mounting solutions, in a deal that closed October 29, 2021. The acquisition, led by Havis (a Guardian Capital Partners portfolio company), combines complementary manufacturing, engineering, and go-to-market capabilities to expand Havis' mobile workforce solutions platform into retail, hospitality, warehouse & logistics, and other rugged mobility markets.

The deal also transfers NCS's Nterfuse software platform to Net at Work, preserving service continuity for Nterfuse customers while providing broader support and access to Net at Work's cybersecurity, cloud, ERP and national managed services infrastructure.
