The acquisition adds warehousing, asset management, configuration, repair/refurbishment, fulfillment and reverse-logistics capabilities to Tide Rock's portfolio; Premier also acquired the global license for Motorola networking products as part of the deal.

Steelite International Acquires Delfin

Steelite International, a portfolio company of Arbor Investments, has acquired Delfin, a long-standing provider of retail and foodservice display and tabletop solutions with in‑house manufacturing (including a plant in Mexico). The acquisition will expand Steelite’s melamine and display product offerings and Steelite intends to invest in the Delfin Mexico operation to increase capacity and manufacturing sophistication.
