Precision Metal Holdings, a Farragut Capital Partners portfolio platform, has acquired General Metals, LLC — a North Carolina-based precision metal fabricator — with Farragut providing subordinated debt and preferred equity and Everside Capital Partners joining as a co-investor. The deal is an add-on to the Precision Metals platform that expands the company’s geographic footprint in the Southeastern United States and enhances its capabilities in stamping, forming, welding, precision machining and electromechanical assembly.
