Boston-based Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) has completed its acquisition of Vitality Health Plan of California (now operating as CCA Health California) and entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Michigan-based Reliance Healthcare, including its Medicare plan, ACO assets and a 600‑doctor physician organization. The moves are part of CCA's mission-driven geographic diversification into California, Michigan and Rhode Island and expand its complex-care capabilities; with these initiatives CCA will serve more than 62,000 individuals across four states.

Vision Healthcare Acquires Vitamaze GmbH

Vision Healthcare has acquired 100% of Vitamaze GmbH, a Heidelberg-based e-commerce seller of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements that primarily sells via Amazon marketplaces and e-pharma channels. The deal gives Jamieson a U.S. platform and premium supplement brand to accelerate expansion in the large U.S. vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) market and is immediately accretive to pro forma 2022 revenues and EBITDA.
