Castik Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Andra Tech Group

Funds managed by Castik Capital S.a.r.l. have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Andra Tech Group from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, Mountainview Capital Partners and management; Equistone and management will remain minority shareholders. Andra Tech Group, a Netherlands-headquartered group of precision component manufacturers employing ~700 people across 11 sites in the Netherlands and Germany, will pursue an accelerated growth strategy supported by Castik, including geographic expansion and capability development.

MRI Software Acquires Castleton Technology Plc

MRI Software entered into an agreement to acquire Castleton Technology Plc, a UK-based provider of cloud-based software and services for the social housing sector, in a transaction announced April 15, 2020.
