Viking Fence, with backing from Crossplane Capital, has acquired Hook-N-Haul Dumpsters, a dumpster rental provider serving the greater Austin metroplex. The acquisition adds dumpster rental capabilities to Viking's temporary site services and building-products platform, supporting geographic and capability expansion across Texas. Hook-N-Haul was founded in 2013 and operates two locations with a fleet of 12- to 40-yard dumpsters; the business was owned by Stacy and Joanie Shamblin prior to the sale.

Kinderhook Industries Acquires Intergulf Corporation

IHT, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas, is a provider of automated drilling chokes and managed pressure drilling (MPD) technology operating across U.S. shale plays with over 150 employees; Pelican intends to expand IHT's customer base, geographic presence, and service offerings.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Hilo Equipment & Services

Koozie Group Acquires HotLine Products

Koozie Group, a Top-40 promotional products supplier and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Saint Paul, Minnesota-based HotLine Products, a supplier known for calendars and related printed promo items. Financial terms were not disclosed; Koozie said it will maintain HotLine's calendar assortment for the 2022 season and produce those items out of its Sleepy Eye, Minnesota facility, expanding Koozie's calendar capabilities and sustainability-aligned product offerings.
