City Capital Ventures (CCV) made a strategic investment and recapitalization of SERVPRO of Saginaw to form Great Lakes Restoration Group, with the business continuing to operate as SERVPRO of Saginaw. Founders Randy and Tina Miller retain a significant stake and remain in leadership while CCV will support growth and multi-location expansion; debt financing was provided by Old National Bank and Texas Capital Bank and terms were not disclosed.
