Charles Products (CPI) Acquires Techstyles Sportswear

Charles Products, Inc. (CPI) has acquired Techstyles Sportswear, a Hayward, California-based supplier of resort and destination apparel and accessories. The Bruml family will retain a significant minority stake and Jon Bruml will remain as president of the Techstyles division; CPI is backed by Kian Capital Partners and RF Investment Partners, and the deal expands CPI’s product suite and presence in the souvenir/resort apparel market.
