CORE-backed Saylite Acquires Vantage Lighting

Saylite, a CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company, has acquired Vantage Lighting, a U.S.-based manufacturer of specification-grade LED downlights, cylinders and high bays. The add-on expands Saylite's product portfolio and domestic manufacturing capabilities—strengthening Vantage's vHealth healthcare lighting offering and supporting Buy American requirements. The deal closed at the end of 2022; terms were not disclosed.

NBG Home Acquires Quoizel

The deal adds Stay-Lite's self-performing capabilities across 15 states, established retail customer relationships and about $9 million in annual revenue to accelerate growth of Orion's Maintenance Services business.
