Ironbridge Equity Partners, together with Cendrex management, has acquired a controlling interest in Les Industries Cendrex Inc. from BDG & Partners and Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Cendrex, based in Montreal, manufactures standard and made-to-order access doors for North American residential and non-residential construction markets and employs about 70 people with a network of nine distribution centres. Ironbridge said it will partner with management to scale the business and support the company's next phase of growth.

Toronto-based private equity firm Ironbridge Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Montreal-based Walker Glass Company Ltd., a North American leader in acid-etched glass, premium mirrors, and bird-friendly glazing. The deal, completed in partnership with Walker Glass management, involved the sale of the company by Kensington Capital Partners (which held a minority stake since 2016) and positions Walker Glass for further growth and capability expansion under Ironbridge's ownership.
