Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), in partnership with Process Insights' management and other co-investors, acquired Process Insights, Inc. from Union Park Capital. The deal makes Process Insights a platform investment for IGP to accelerate growth, pursue strategic initiatives and pursue add-on acquisitions in its test & measurement and process-analytics product lines.

Process Insights (Union Park Capital) Acquires Schneider Electric's Process Analyzers Business
