Process Insights (Union Park Capital) Acquires Schneider Electric's Process Analyzers Business

Process Insights, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, acquired the assets of the Process Analyzers business from Schneider Electric. The deal transfers Schneider's FTIR/FT-NIR analyzers and process mass spectrometer technology (ANALECT and MGA product lines) to Process Insights to expand its online and laboratory analytical instrumentation portfolio and capabilities.

Atmos Technologies is a U.S.-based specialty materials manufacturer focused on sustainable formulations for environmental and infrastructure applications, including landfill remediation, renewable elastomers for tires, and recycled asphalt technologies.
