Odyssey Investment Partners portfolio company Applied Technical Services (ATS) completed three add-on acquisitions—Process Instruments LLC, Instrumentation Technical Services LLC, and Accu-Chek—to expand ATS' metrology, calibration and dimensional inspection capabilities across regulated end markets. The deals strengthen ATS' Testing, Inspection and Certification & Compliance (TICC) service lines and expand its footprint in life sciences, food, medical and aerospace markets as part of continued roll-up activity (22 acquisitions since Odyssey's investment).
