Corteva, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Symborg, a Murcia, Spain–based developer and manufacturer of biostimulants, biofertilizers and biocontrols. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Corteva's strategy to build a leading biologicals portfolio and scale Symborg's existing solutions and pipeline globally; financial terms were not disclosed.
