Caymus Equity Partners’ portfolio company Medical Laboratory Diagnostics, LLC (MedLabs) acquired Mercy Diagnostics, Inc., a Mount Laurel, New Jersey clinical diagnostics laboratory. The add-on transaction closed on April 24, 2019 and is MedLabs’ first strategic acquisition since the company’s majority recapitalization in March 2018.

MLM Medical Labs Acquires CirQuest Labs

Jennings, will take on a scientific leadership role.

MedVenture Health Acquires Canyon Labs
