Xalles Holdings Inc. (OTC: XALL) has executed an agreement to acquire Florida-based Loyalty Superstore, Inc., bringing the loyalty and white‑label shopping platforms (National Mall, National Mall Plus, Local Thanks) into Xalles’ fintech portfolio as a wholly owned subsidiary under Xalles Financial Services Inc. The acquisition is intended to expand Xalles’ consumer shopping and rewards capabilities and integrate Loyalty Superstore’s white‑label offerings with Xalles’ Global Savings Network and fintech/AI solutions.

Xalles Holdings Inc. (OTC: XALL) will acquire Private Loyalty Club Inc. (PLC) in a share-exchange agreement, making PLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Xalles Financial Services Inc. PLC is based in Tampa, Florida and operates premium membership programs (Private Wine Club and Private Beauty Club) serving restaurants and merchants; Xalles says the acquisition will integrate PLC offerings with its Global Savings Network and payment/membership technology. The transaction was expected to close by July 31, 2022.
