Munetrix, a PE-backed SaaS provider of municipal and education performance analytics, has acquired Dynamo Metrics Inc., a provider of parcel-level planning and neighborhood health analytics for local governments and public-sector partners. The deal — Munetrix's first add-on since investment from Essex Bay Capital — brings Dynamo's founders into Munetrix's leadership and expands the platform's capability for economic/community development and school-district analytics.
