Dynamo Software Acquires Imagineer Technology Group

Dynamo Software, majority-owned by Francisco Partners, has acquired Imagineer Technology Group to expand its cloud software offering for the alternative investment industry. The deal adds Imagineer's Clienteer and WebVision products to Dynamo's platform, increasing its customer base to more than 1,000 clients and further solidifying its position with hedge funds and other alternative asset managers; terms were not disclosed.
