Francisco Partners Combines TradingScreen and Imagine Software to Form TS Imagine

Francisco Partners has combined TradingScreen and Imagine Software to create TS Imagine, an end-to-end cloud/SaaS trading, execution, portfolio and risk management platform. The combined business will integrate order management and trade execution with real-time risk and compliance capabilities, employ roughly 400 people across 10 offices and serve ~500 buy-side and sell-side institutions. Rob Flatley was named CEO of the newly combined company.
