Corsair Acquires HungerRush from The CapStreet Group

Corsair acquired a majority stake in HungerRush, a Houston-based provider of the HungerRush 360 cloud POS and payments platform for restaurants, from The CapStreet Group, which will remain a minority investor. Corsair said it will leverage its payments and software expertise to accelerate HungerRush's growth, enhance product and technology offerings, and pursue organic and inorganic expansion plans; terms were not disclosed.
