Infranet, founded in 1998 with four locations across North Carolina and Virginia, brings enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and managed services capabilities to the Cyber Advisors platform as an add-on acquisition.

The deal, which closed July 10, 2024, positions Cyber Advisors to expand its security assessment, red team and compliance capabilities while BAI Security's founders retain minority ownership and will serve as strategic advisors.

Cyber Advisors, a Maple Grove, Minnesota-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider and portfolio company of private equity firm Goldner Hawn, acquired Fargo-based S&L Computer Services, Inc. The deal closed March 1, 2024 and is an add-on to expand Cyber Advisors' managed services capabilities and represents its first brick-and-mortar expansion into North Dakota.
