Fraser Valley Building Supplies, a portfolio company of Krystal Growth Partners, has acquired Terrace Builders Centre and Terrace Carpet Centre (Your Décor) in Terrace, British Columbia. The deal increases FVBS's store count to eight in British Columbia, will convert the Terrace Builders Centre to the RONA banner following an interior renovation, and adds planned e-commerce offerings for Terrace residents.

The Building Center Acquires Mountain Lumber Company

The Building Center, Inc., a privately held building material supplier based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has acquired Mountain Lumber Company, Inc., a lumber and hardware dealer near Boone, North Carolina. The acquisition expands The Building Center's service area into North Carolina's High Country as well as parts of Tennessee and southwest Virginia and is the company's sixth acquisition in seven years.

Kodiak Building Partners Acquires Albeni Falls Building Supply

The Melbourns (David and Susan) sold the business but will continue to lead operations as Kodiak looks to expand its Pacific Northwest footprint and provide backend support and resources.

US LBM Acquires Northern Building Supply

US LBM has acquired Northern Building Supply, a two-location full-service building products distributor and retailer headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan. The deal expands US LBM's Michigan footprint by integrating Northern Building Supply into its Standard Supply and Zeeland Lumber operations; owner George Cochran will exit the business and Ed Beuerle will continue to lead operations.

Cairngorm Capital Acquires Fairalls (Builders' Merchants)

Cairngorm Capital Partners has acquired Fairalls (Builders' Merchants) Limited, adding it to its existing building merchant businesses Parkers Building Supplies and Stamco to create the largest independent builders' merchant group in the South East of England. The enlarged group operates 24 branches with over 500 employees and combined revenues of approximately £120 million; Fairalls itself reported c.£15m revenue and about 85 employees and will continue to trade under the Fairalls brand with Richard Fairall remaining involved during the transition.

American Construction Source Acquires Foley Lumber & Milaca Building Center

American Construction Source (ACS), the national LBM distribution platform backed by Angeles Equity Partners and Clearlake Capital, acquired Foley Lumber and Milaca Building Center in Minnesota. The bolt-on deal expands ACS's building materials distribution capacity and local service footprint in North Central Minnesota and the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul market; financial terms were not disclosed.
