Springs Window Fashions, whose ownership is backed by Clearlake Capital Group, has acquired Sunburst Shutters & Window Fashions. Sunburst, based in Las Vegas, manufactures premium shutters and other custom window treatments in multiple U.S. facilities and sells through national retailers and its own nationwide showrooms; the deal is intended to expand Springs' presence in the shutter market and leverage Sunburst's manufacturing and showroom footprint.
