Sunburst, based in Las Vegas, manufactures premium shutters and other custom window treatments in multiple U.S. facilities and sells through national retailers and its own nationwide showrooms; the deal is intended to expand Springs' presence in the shutter market and leverage Sunburst's manufacturing and showroom footprint.

AEA Investors Acquires Window Nation

Maven Capital Partners Acquires CMS Window Systems
