RDCP Group has acquired a 98% stake in Majestic Windows, comprising manufacturing company Majestic Window Designs (MWD) and sister retail/installation business Majestic Designs (UK). Jim Martin will remain with the business as group managing director and RDCP plans to support geographic expansion across the South West; financing was provided by SME Capital with lending arranged by TML Finance & Advisory.

Investment Fund for Scotland (IFS) Maven Equity Finance has invested £750,000 into Glasgow-based workforce optimisation software provider Corporate Modelling Services (CMS) to accelerate development of its OPX platform, expand AI capability, and support international sales growth. The funding is managed by Maven and delivered via the British Business Bank to help CMS scale into new markets including the US.
