Maven Capital Partners Acquires CMS Window Systems

Maven Capital Partners has completed a management buyout and taken a majority equity stake in CMS Window Systems from LDC. CMS, a Cumbernauld-based designer, manufacturer and installer of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems employing ~300 people, will use the investment to expand its social housing and new-build footprint in England and accelerate growth.
